These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of agency.theinternetmogul.com and related pages (the "Site"), operated by The Internet Landlord LLC, doing business as Internet Moguls ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, submitting an application, or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. The Site & Our Services
The Site describes our done-for-you webinar and marketing services and lets you apply for and schedule a strategy call. Any actual engagement between you and us is governed by a separate written services agreement — these Terms cover use of the Site itself. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for business owners and professionals aged 18 or older. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you submit is accurate.
3. Earnings & Results Disclaimer
No guarantee of results. Figures on the Site — including client revenue amounts, case studies, and testimonials — reflect the specific experiences of individual clients and are not typical. They are not a promise or guarantee of your results. Your outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, audience, pricing, effort, and ad spend. Building a business involves risk, and you could lose money. Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, or investment advice.
4. Applications & Booked Calls
- Submitting an application or booking a call does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to work together.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to attend calls you book or cancel/reschedule with reasonable notice.
- By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment-related and follow-up calls and text messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, videos, page designs, and the "Internet Moguls" name and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except for normal personal viewing.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including by scraping it, submitting false applications, interfering with its operation, attempting to access non-public systems, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Third-Party Services
The Site links to and embeds third-party services (such as scheduling tools and video hosting). We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE INTERNET LANDLORD LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Internet Landlord LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
